How do I book an appointment at Athley Clinic?

Athley Clinic (잠실애슬리의원) is in Jamsil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, a 1-minute walk from Jamsil Station Exit 10, on the 15th floor of the Songpa Building. Chinese visitors also call us 艾莉皮肤科 (Ailì). You can book with us by phone, KakaoTalk, Naver booking or email.

If you are still at home and planning a trip, email is often the easiest. If you are already in Seoul, a phone call is quicker.
What to put in your message
A short message is fine. It helps if you include:
- your name, and how we can reach you
- the dates you will be in Seoul
- what you would like to ask the doctor about
- whether you would prefer help in Chinese (we have two Chinese-speaking staff)
You don't need to choose a treatment before you book. That conversation happens at the clinic, and your doctor will advise at consultation.
Timing
We are on Korea time (KST, UTC+9). Call us during our opening hours: weekdays 11:00–20:30 with a lunch break from 14:00 to 15:00, and Saturdays 11:00–17:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
A message sent late at night, Seoul time, may wait until we reopen.
On the day
Come to the 15th floor of the Songpa Building, by Jamsil Station Exit 10, and tell reception your name. If you are running late or need to change the time, call us on the number above.
