Athley Clinic (잠실애슬리의원) is in Jamsil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, a 1-minute walk from Jamsil Station Exit 10, on the 15th floor of the Songpa Building. Chinese visitors also call us 艾莉皮肤科 (Ailì). If you have a question after you get home, contact our clinic directly, using any of the channels below.

How to reach us from abroad

Email is often easiest across time zones. You can write it whenever the question comes up.

Before you leave Seoul

A little preparation saves a lot of back-and-forth later.

• At your consultation, ask your doctor what to expect after treatment and when it is fine to fly.
• Write down the name of the treatment, the date, and the doctor you saw.
• Keep any paperwork from your visit.
• Save our phone number and email address in your phone before you go to the airport.

When you write to us

Please include:

• your name and the date of your visit
• the treatment you had, and the doctor
• your question, in as much detail as you can

If you would prefer to write in Chinese, say so. We have two Chinese-speaking staff.

Time difference

We are on Korea time (KST, UTC+9). We are open weekdays 11:00–20:30 (lunch break 14:00–15:00) and Saturdays 11:00–17:00, and closed on Sundays and public holidays. A message sent while we are closed may wait until we reopen.

If something feels urgent, don't wait for a reply from Seoul. See a doctor where you are, or call your local emergency number.
